Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br /> submit a completed request form to the PCDP project manager prior to the completion of each public testimony <br /> portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3)minutes in length per agenda item during the <br /> Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, subject to the <br /> discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes for the regular meeting of the PCDP Action Committee meeting <br /> held on September 9, 2014 will be available for review and approval by the AC at the October 14, 2014 regular <br /> meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1. June 27 Lava Flow: In response to the request of the Planning Director, the AC will consider <br /> the impacts of the June 27 lava flow that is currently predicted to impact Pahoa Village to the <br /> extent that structures and existing infrastructure may be seriously damaged or destroyed and to <br /> provide comments and recommendations on the relocation of existing businesses with respect <br /> to the land use goals, objectives and actions of the PCDP. <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None <br /> AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING: Additional agenda item suggestions from the AC for the October 14, <br /> 2014 meeting may be suggested. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Hawai`i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
