The following persons were present: <br />Action Committee: Madie Greene, Patti Pinto, June Conant, Dan Taylor, Farris Etterlee, Oshi <br />Simsarian, and Rene Siracusa. Keikialoha Kekipi arrived at 3:10 p.m. <br />Staff. Larry Brown, PCDP Project Manager <br />Margaret Masunaga, Deputy Corporation Counsel (arrived approx. 3:22 p.m.) <br />Members of the public: 6 <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA - None <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Larry announced that Council Member Kern's office called and said the Council Member <br />expected to arrive at this meeting at approximately 3:30 p.m. <br />2. Larry also announced that the newly appointed Deputy Corporation Counsel for CDP Action <br />Committees, Margaret Masunaga, would be arriving shortly to attend today's meeting. <br />PUBLIC TESTIMONY <br />1. Jenna Way testifying on SPP 1122 briefed the AC on what occurred at the August 25 meeting <br />in Kalapana Seaview Estates where she was asked to speak and stated that there seemed to be a <br />good exchange of information. She also stated that the application to amend SPP 1122 will not <br />be amended with respect to the uses and activities HVC is asking for. <br />2. Stephanie Bath testifying on CERSC report shared her favorable impressions of the August 31 <br />PREP Fair. <br />3. Sue Lee Loy representing HVC on SPP 1122 introduced herself and said she would be on hand <br />to respond to any questions the AC may have. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Patti moved to approve the minutes of the August 13, 2013 meeting as submitted with the <br />corrections shown in red.
