Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are <br />asked to submit a completed request form to the meeting recorder prior to the completion of each <br />public testimony portion of the meeting. (30 min) <br /> <br />3.Communication No. 2012-51: Draft Letter Providing AC Comments on the Aguinaldo 4, <br />LLC Rezoning Application (REZ 12-159): <br />The AC will discuss and consider this draft <br />response to the Planning Director’s request for comments on the subject application proposing <br />to change the zoning for TMK 1-5-003:037 from Single Family Residential (RS-10) to Village <br />Commercial (CV-20).
