To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the <br />meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the <br />discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the July 11, <br />2017 meeting. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Report on the General Plan Comprehensive Review: As part of the General Plan <br />Comprehensive Review staff members of the Long Range Planning Division will provide an <br />overview of the design strategy and outline of the General Plan. In addition, CDP specific <br />examples will be presented to illustrate implementation options.
