He was also convicted on three counts of Sexual Assault in the Fourth <br />Degree, a misdemeanor offense with a maximum prison term of one year and a fine of <br />up to $2,000 each. <br /> <br />Ferguson will be sentenced on April 24, 2017 by the Honorable Judge Greg Nakamura. <br /> <br />Prosecuting Attorney Mitch Roth commended the victim for showing tremendous <br />courage by coming forward to testify in court. <br /> <br />Prosecutor Roth praised the police and the Prosecutor’s Office team for spending <br />months in preparation for trial in this case.
