This meeting is <br />the fifth in a series of meetings where the Steering Committee will consider CDP revisions based <br />on public comment on the Draft Hamakua CDP. Each of the four previous meetings focused on <br />specific topics, and each meeting concluded with preliminary decisions about CDP revisions. The <br />preliminary decisions made during this series of meetings will be considered in their entirety at <br />this meeting, which will conclude with the Steering Committee recommending a revised version <br />of the Hamakua CDP for approval. <br />Review documents referenced on this agenda can be found on the Hamakua CDP website at: <br /> <br />I_Tcl4 L1 I1Z1 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />ROLL CALL <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />MEETING OVERVIEW: Steering Committee Vice Chair Farrah -Marie Gomes will provide an <br />overview of the meeting, including an explanation of the purpose and scope of the CDP and the <br />roles of the Steering Committee. In addition, Senior County Planner Ron Whitmore will clarify <br />elements of the CDP planning process as well as components of the Draft CDP. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: Members of the public are invited to speak to any items <br />on the agenda. To be recognized, please fill out and submit a request form to the Planning <br />Assistant or Steering Committee Chairperson prior to the completion of each Public Comment <br />portion of the meeting.
