We have no comments on the parent organizations or the <br />guidelines at this time and look forward to working with the PVDRC in the administration of the <br />Pahoa Village Design Guidelines (PVDG) (Resolution 454-14). <br />We thought it would be helpful to summarize our understanding of administrative steps related to <br />the PVDG. The Planning Department will provide the PVDRC with copies of Plan Approval <br />(PA), Planned Unit Development (PUD), and sign permit applications, with exceptions as <br />provided for in Chapters 3 and 25, Hawaii County Code.
