Publicity — Marlene Hapai, Jerry Reiss, Marty Mimmack, Bill <br />Hanson, Pua Evans (need to ask her) <br />Article submitted to and received by Leigh Critchlow. <br />Will need to apply a 3:2:1 strategy as we draw closer, ie., 3 <br />weeks before, 2 weeks before, 1 week before: especially HI. <br />Tribune Herald Calendar and other articles focusing on <br />featured presenters, radio interviews and public service <br />announcements. — All free <br />7. Data Collection — Toni Robert, Bill Hanson, Patti Pinto <br />(Survey development, data collecting, survey conducting, <br />analysis) <br />New Business: Bill Hanson presented the need to create or obtain maps for each <br />subdivision and /or surrounding area for emergency evacuation maps and need to create <br />excel sheet on all presenters, what they are doing, needs, to begin planning where they <br />will be located on the Keaau High School campus. <br />Next Meeting: July 23, 2013 — Keaau Community Center <br />Adjournment: 7:00 p.m. <br />
