4. Communication No. 2012 -57: PCDP AC Comments on Application for Amendments to <br />Special Permit Application No. 1122 (SPP 1122). The AC will consider suggestions for <br />inclusion in a letter to the Planning Director commenting on the Hawaii Volcano Circus, Ltd. <br />application to amend their Special Permit to allow additional uses and activities including: <br />a) Establishing a self - sustainable Community Arts and Education Center Demonstration <br />Model; <br />b) A farmer's market; <br />c) Public /fundraiser performances; and <br />d) A certified kitchen. <br />Communication No. 2012 -57.1: Siracusa testimony on application to amend SPP 1122. <br />Communication No. 2012 -57.2: Background and Recommendation report of the Planning <br />Director for the Director's petition to the Windward Planning Commission for revocation of <br />SPP 1122. <br />Communication No. 2012 -57.3: Snover testimony on application to amend SPP 1122. <br />(40 min) <br />5. Communication No. 2013 -23: Planning Director's Pre - Environmental Assessment <br />Consultation Comment Letter for Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation <br />(HDIC) Hawaiian Paradise Park Mutual Self -Help Housing Project — Phase III. <br />The AC will consider the Planning Director's comment letter and discuss possible response to <br />anticipated request for comments on the draft EA when published. (15 min) <br />6. Mt. View Playground Equipment Project Report: Sharon will report on the status of the <br />project. (5 min) <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />1. Communication No. 2013 -26: Draft Revisions to the 2013 PCDP Action Priority List. <br />The AC will consider amendments to the 2013 Action Priority List, as revised November 23, <br />2012 and approved on December 11, 2012, drafted by Dan and Farris. (30 min) <br />AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING: Agenda item suggestions from the AC for the June 11, 2013 <br />meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />NOTE: Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language interpretation to access this meeting <br />please contact the Planning Department at 961 -8288 as soon as possible, but no later than five working days prior to the meeting date, to <br />arrange for accommodations. (Article 15, Section 2- <br />91.3(b), Hawaii County Code). A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five <br />hours in any month or $275 in any six -month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by <br />communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
